"The 5 Elements of You" Course Level 1 & Level 2 Begins May 16th, 2024. Each Level is 8 weeks and can be taken one right after the other or with a break in between. Upon signing up, you'll get access to your student portal where you will receive and submit your homework. Before class begins, you will see the course syllabus and other details inside the portal. We meet live from 5-7PM PST on Thursdays. Don't worry if you can't make it live-we post the recordings in your portal to watch anytime.
